Our product line is designed to assist a wide range of persons with their needs in their time of need. That is why we have created the Transitional Care Pack™ for those who have found themselves displaced from their homes.
All too often, the homeless are persons who have fallen upon extremely hard times and need a helping hand to “regain their footing”. This kit is designed to assist in those situations when individuals are attempting to transition back into a home environment, but at the current time find this is not possible.
The kit is designed with durability and practicality as paramount. It is also designed to be “low profile”, so as not to draw unneeded attention to itself, as many of these individuals are embarrassed at their current life situation.
The bag is large enough to allow the inclusion of personal belongings, which is vital for these individuals to have a connection with their former lives.
